Grey Wolf Creative Arts Therapy
Grey Wolf Creative Arts Therapy is a new therapeutic offering in Mt Eden. A welcoming haven from the outside world, it is a space where you can arrive just as you are. I believe the essence of arts therapy lies in witnessing story. In feeling heard, perhaps for the very first time. We don't always need words for this to happen. I work in trauma-informed, client centred ways and I am a provider for several funding streams such as Victim Support and ACC sensitive claims. I work with children as well as adults, and our sessions may include sculpting, painting, writing, movement or a chat with a cup of tea.

Mt Eden Village has 300 car parks. Park at the Essex Rd carpark from 8am-6pm for just $1 per hour for the first 2 hours ($2.50 per hour thereafter). Otherwise there is free time-limited parking in the side streets. Beware of the clearways. Find out more.
